  2. INGREDIENTS • 1 Kg of squids • 1 onion • 2 cloves of garlic • Flour • White wine • Parsley • Oil • Salt

  3. UTENSILES • Knife • Deep fryer • Frying pan • Saucepan • Strainer • Mortar • Plate • Spoon

  4. METHOD • First, clean the squids,saving the bags ink. • Second, cut the squids with the knife. • After that, mince the tentacles,the onion, the garlic and the parsley. • Then, add all to the saucepan. • Next, heat up the oil in the frying pan and fry the onion.

  5. With the spoon, add flour. Also you need to include the cloves of garlic with parsley and white wine. • Spread this sauce on the squids and boil 30 minutes. • After that, pour some water into the sauce and strain it. • Finally, boil for 30 minutes (again).

  6. TIME REQUIRED • One hour and a half
