At the recent CEFC Leadership Retreat, we reflected on our community's strengths, opportunities, and spiritual calling. We envision a vibrant future in 3-5 years where our congregation becomes a network of gospel communities glorifying God through active discipleship, heartfelt worship, and outreach to the global and local community. Our core beliefs emphasize integrating the Gospel into daily life and fostering healthy relationships with Jesus and one another. Together, let's partner with the Holy Spirit to create opportunities for growth and connection within our church.

3-5 year vision: Given what we know about ourselves, our opportunities, our community and our genetic code, what do we believe God would be pleased for our congregation to look like in 3-5 years? CEFC Leadership Retreat
Highlights • Bible study • Poll results • Relationship (surprise, surprise) • Integration of the Gospel • Prayer • Brainstorming • Vision statement
In the next 3-5 years, we envision: • a network of gospel communities which glorify God by making disciples, living the gospel, and expressing the church, • a congregation that worships with an engaged heart and mind, • unbelievers regularly and intentionally introduced to the gospel through word and deed, both locally and globally • believers who consistently integrate the gospel into their way of life, and • an infrastructure for church growth.
Keep in Mind… No change to sandbox, Connect-Grow-Serve-Multiply or Mission: Bringing all people into healthy relationship with Jesus Christ and one another. Only the Holy Spirit can bring about this vision, but we desire to partner with Him by providing compelling teaching, mentoring, structure, and opportunities.
