Environmental Economics Unit (EEU) in University of Gothenburg • EEU education: • Phd studies: • The Phd program in Environmental Economics: • 5 Sida scholarships every 2 years for developing countries. • 1 year of general economics courses, 1 year of specialization courses, and 3 years of data collection and thesis writing • Specialization courses in environmental economics: Welfare economics, Environmental Valuation, Policy Instruments for Environmental Management and Natural Resource Economics • Master studies: Master of Science programme in Environmental Management and Economics • Undergraduate studies: Bachelor of Science Program in Environmental Social Science (most of the teaching is conducted in Swedish – International Programmes Office is taking charge on exchange programmes)
