Selflessness – duty to act in the best interest of the organisation Integrity – avoid impropriety and the acceptance of bribes Objectivity – fair in awarding contracts or gifts Accountability – duty to comply with the law and accountable for their decisions Openness – confidential information should be handled sensitively & transparent in its operations Honesty – must declare conflicts of interest Leadership – must lead by example and respect the CEO Code of Conduct
