On the days when you’re actually free, all you end up doing is scrolling through Instagram and envying other people’s lives. Then you feel bad about not doing enough and spend another day in bed- moping. It’s time to break that cycle. We are creating a reference point for you. We are creating a list of the most productive things to do when you’re bored at home. So that next weekend, you put your phone away and make the best of the free time at hand. Always love yourself. Bonus: You’ll have plenty to boast about later. 1.Give yourself a manicure or pedicure. 2.Doodle or colour a mandala. 3.Check out YouTube tutorials and practice a headstand. 4.Write a poem or write in a journal. 5.Read a book. 6.Listen to music and dance like crazy alone! 7.Stretch. It feels goooooood. 8.Wake up early and watch the sun rise. 9.Go for a hike somewhere you have not been.

Sexier the better! 12.Try out the new café near your house. 13.Take a long shower. 14.Create a vision board for yourself. 15.Try learning a new language.
