  1. Exercise Exercise and to to Get Periods Early Get Periods Early and Yoga Poses Yoga Poses Personally, I recommend letting the body follow its natural rhythm. So, in the ideal scenario, it’s best to not meddle with your sleep, hormone, and circadian cycles. However, life is seldom “ideal”, isn’t it? Sometimes there are inevitable work trips or family weddings, and sometimes there may be spontaneous getaways that you cannot postpone just because your periods are expected. So, what do you do? There’s only one way out – to either prepone or postpone your periods. In my experience, even though there are medicines that work to postpone menstruation, they do more harm than good in the long run. Instead, it is better to have your periods a little early and be carefree when you’re travelling. Please note: So far, there are no guaranteed ways to induce menstruation early, but there certainly promising tactics. Here are a few exercises and yoga pose that can potentially help you get your periods early: Exercise: Gentle exercise may loosen the muscles and help a period come a little faster. However, the evidence for this method is anecdotal, and research has not confirmed that it works.

  2. 1.Squats: This particular exercise help stimulate the abdominal and pelvic muscles, which in turn induces uterine contractions and helps bring on periods early. 2.Sit ups/crunches: This one is popular and for obvious reasons. Crunches work directly on the muscles in your core (abdomen) thereby engaging the uterine muscles and inviting early menstruation. 3.Running: This is another way to work your muscles into making way for periods sooner than usual. 4.Sex: Not really an exercise, but the combination of the hormones produced during sexual activity and uterine contractions during orgasm may help to dilate the cervix and help the uterus begin to shed its lining. Yoga: 1.Adho Mukha Svanasana: Adho Mukha Svanasana or the Downward Facing Dog Pose is a yoga asana that helps strengthen your abdominal and pelvic muscles. It also improves blood circulation in the region and together help potentially prepone period date. 2.Dhanurasana: Also known as the bow pose, this stretches your muscles in the abdomen and induces a blood rush through the area. The possible result being – early periods. 3.Matsyasana: Matsyasana, also referred to as the Fish Pose, is a yoga asana that activates the muscles of your upper and lower abdomen along with your pelvic muscles. The activation of these muscles stimulates your uterine muscles, which helps advance your periods. Additionally, foods like papaya, pineapple, carrot, pomegranate, turmeric, and castor oil are believed to bring on periods early, improve period symptoms and balance out hormones. With all that said, I really do hope that these tricks work out for you. For more health, wellness and fitness articles visit- healthhunt.in
