  1. Quick Weight Loss Plan One very effective way to take off pounds and inches is to change your lifestyle with a proper diet and exercise. My doctor was quick to recommend a sensible diet plan, and regular exercise as a solid way to lose weight fast. At first, I was a little taken aback. I wanted her to hand me a quick fix, or a diet pill that I could take everyday and magically lose weight. It didn't happen, and when I asked her about it, she said that the pills would not be the best solution for me, and if I decided to take her advice, I would lose weight the healthy way. I took her advice and replaced all of the junk food in my refrigerator with fresh fruits and vegetables. I also stocked up on lean proteins like tuna, salmon, and chicken breasts. I began to grill my dinners, and I bought myself some protein bars, and protein shakes for breakfast and lunch.Instead of drinking diet soda and coffee, I turned to water with lemon juice, and herbal teas. Instead of white rice, I bought brown rice. I never ate a lot of bread, so I was able to switch from white bread to whole grain breads fairly easily.Exercise in the form of long walks and Pilates became part of my daily regimen, and when I couldn't fit in a long walk during the day, I would simply switch on my Wii Fit at night, and workout at home. It is only reasonable to get off track with your diet, but you shouldn't allow this one slip up coax you to behave naughty for the rest of the day. It is still possible to get over this and get your diet regime under control.One mistake won't hinder your diet, but the more you make a mistake, the more likely you will put on weight.
