  2. Positive thoughts affect body chemistry • (Endorphins & Adrenaline) • Control your chemistry thru the way you think. • Change your thoughts change your perception. • You can do with thoughts an act like magic. • The answers of all assertiveness is your thoughts

My feelings come from my thoughts. • Negative or Positive. • Emotions can be controlled by our thoughts in positive way thru pureness of your thoughts e.g. Death Think about it as a form of transformation. • I see myself a boy 14 y/o. • Body is the conscious awareness of thoughts. • You are in different bodies thru your life . You are a sole with a body.

Ageing , getting older is the thoughts getting older. despite the body changes. • Most of changes in body can be changed by controlling thoughts. • If I see myself the way I want my thoughts support it. • “Conscious awareness never die” • Thoughts and values should not be changed because of body changes or getting older.

  5. Healthy Life • Sleep less • No Salts in food • No Sugar except in fruits. • Exercises. • Daily running 10 km. • No white flour.

  6. See world and others same way you will see your body healthiness ,more curable. • Be whatever you are NOT to judge NOT to evaluate. • “Lemon Test” • Cancer institute has same experiment found 25% remissions by the test. • You have to become the treatment not the disease.

Circumstance & Environment • Circumstances reveal you not making you. • If you are blaming you have to forgive. • If no blaming ,no forgiveness. • Scares means what you think about, expand. e.g. missing things , diseases , poverty ,something you do not like. • Focus on what you have. Focus on what you want to expand in your life. • If you focus on problems ,poverty, diseases it will expand.

  8. Naturally when you have relations you have problems. Means nothing is missing. • When you have a problem that is exactly the normal way (The perfection). So nothing is missing • e.g.. Drunken man should be smelly filthy uttering bad words that is normal and expected. • Every time you think about someone bad behavior it will expand and increase feeling of hateness. The opposite is true ,so you can create your life with your thoughts.
