Effects of ITF2357 on Cell Viability and Protein Expression in LCSC136
DESCRIPTION
This study investigates the impact of ITF2357 treatment (0.1 to 5 μM) over 72 hours on cell viability and key protein levels, including cleaved PARP and HSP70/72, in LCSC136 cells. We assessed the viability percentage and observed alterations in the expression of acetylated histone H3, linking the compound's effects to potential mechanisms of action. Results suggest promising therapeutic implications for ITF2357 in cancer treatment by modulating cell survival pathways.
