  3. Where We Stand • 100% of courses have SLOs • 100% Programs have SLOs • All courses have been mapped to PSLOs • PSLOs are mapped to GE/ISLOs • GE/ISLOs are being assessed • Henrietta Lacks • Student Satisfaction Survey • Faculty Inquiry Group • Effective Communication

Our Tasks • Annual Reports for FA2011-SP12 Academic Year • SLO Assessment now done on Annual Program Review doc • http://www.grossmont.edu/Planning/ • Annual Program Review Updates – Department- Template • Thank you Chris Hill! • Update us on any changes to Department SLO Point Person • Using Blackboard and Journals • Making any pedagogical/program changes as decided by your department during your Flex Week SLO Meeting • Have one SLO meeting by October 14th if Flex Week does not provide an opportunity • Plan and Conduct Assessments in Fall 2012 and Spring 2013 • See Blackboard for a list of what your department has on tap • One-on-One Meetings with Angela • See Blackboard for list of available meeting times

Workshops & On-going Assessment • GE/ISLO Workshop • Friday, August 19, 9-10:20 • Departments will continue the process of assessing our GE/ISLOs via our Course-level SLO Assessment data • Didn’t conduct an assessment in a GE course this semester ? Come anyway and be a part of the analysis process! • Re-do an assessment you’ve already done before or do an assessment that’s slated for later • Explore Blackboard and all of the wonderful resources we have on the SLO site

  6. What Else? • SLO Change Form: New form for any wording changes to your SLOs (the form is on Blackboard) • Where do I get more information? Any questions now??
