  1. Ryan Frank Zach Harrison Kevin Ohm Impertinence! A Balloon Fest Group

  2. Purpose: To determine the functionality of silicon as a tool of altitude measurement.

  3. Expectations: We expect to see an expansion in the bubbles contained within the liquid silicon.

  4. Our results were inconclusive; we didn’t collect enough data in the allocated time and there was no noticeable change in bubble size. Results:

  5. Improvements: We should’ve given ourselves more time to prepare and make sure that everything was operational and in order.

  6. Acknowledgements: We would like to thank Ryan’s father, Bruce Frank; our mentor Ben; and Mrs. Brendensteiner for their help and support on this project.
