Submit Development Stipend Application Form Find Course Development information and forms at: http://outreach.missouristate.edu/onlinefacultysupport.htm • Fill-able online • Insert Destination FOAP • Route in order of signature lines • Courses must be submitted on or before the beginning of the semester targeted for development * This process applies only to courses requesting the Development Stipend. Deans and Department Heads may only receive the stipend for their departments. * Departments should provide the FOAP for ease in processing.

  5. MS Online Tracks & Processes Application Forms • The MS Online office will: • Seek Provost Office approval to develop for stipend • Email approval/denial and notice of receipt to all involved (Faculty, Dean, Department Head, Admin Assistant, and College Budget Officer for departmental tracking) • Email notice includes next steps for development

  6. Development Process for Faculty to Receive Stipend • The following are required for payment: • Attend one of the DPA orientations or meet with Instructional Designers in the FCTL. • Complete 16 weeks of course content prior to Peer Review. • Participate in DPA Peer Review in December or May. • Completion certificates are issued by the DPA following Peer Review. (If you are unable to complete the review during your development semester, you will need to participate in the next scheduled review). Upon receipt of your certificate please forward a copy to GaryRader@missouristate.edu • There are 2 annual Peer Review sessions, starting 2 weeks prior to end of each semester.   7. Payment Process and PAF Submission • Developers must fulfill all requirements prior to payment. • Developers receive a certificate provided by the DPA at the conclusion of the peer review. • Course completion certificates are emailed by developers to MS Online and must be on file. • Director of Online provides final approval to the Office of the Provost to release payment for certified courses. • Once funds are released/transferred, MS Online will notify the Dean, Dept. Head, Admin and Budget Officer via email when supporting funds have been transferred. • PAFs should not be sent before transfer funds are available. • All PAF’s should be submitted to Provost for payment, NOT OUTREACH.
