OnDemand eLearning “Encore” Learning Skills refresher Practical examples • OnDemand eLearning lectures are typically about an hour in length and are delivered by Bentley’s experienced instructors and software developers • OnDemand eLearning hands-on courses contain the same in-depth training material available LIVE training courses and are modularized to enable infrastructure professionals to perform each exercise at their own pace Always “On” Online videos Online manuals

Bentley LEARN Login and Site Administration • Every Channel Partner colleague will need his/her unique Bentley SELECT user identification login and password to log into the Bentley website • Colleagues within Channel Partner team with existing SELECT IDs and passwords can log into Bentley’s website to register for courses and access OnDemand eLearning • Colleagues within Channel Partner team without a SELECT IDand password should be added by their site administrator through the “Account Management” portion of the SELECT Services site at http://selectservices.bentley.com

  10. Finding a Course www.bentley.com/FindCourses • Training courses for many Bentley products are included within learning paths. When you click on a learning path icon, you will see the recommended progression of professional development for that product • For products that don’t have a learning path, LIVE training in a virtual classroom and OnDemand eLearning icons directly access all related course listings Included in learning path LIVE training and upcoming schedules OnDemand eLearning

Learning Paths Core application courses Optimal learning sequence Decision boxes Productivity Tips • A learning path is an interactive flowchart-style diagram to help determine the next course in a sequence based on a Channel Partner’s colleague job role and experience level. • The green LIVE training icons take you to upcoming LIVE training schedules, and the blue OnDemand eLearning icons bring you to self-paced course listings • “Productivity Tips” provide OnDemand eLearning lectures recommended and created by Bentley experts to expand on or reinforce the material covered in the core application courses

Register for LIVE Training • Go to www.bentley.com/FindCourses and locate the Bentley software products you use • Click on the learning path icon to see the available courses and recommended progression of training for that product a. Click on the green LIVE training icon within the gray box for the desired course to see the upcoming LIVE training schedule b. Click on the course title to see its description. All LIVE training courses in the virtual classroom are listed as “distancelearning”under Course Type c. Click “Register” to enroll • When you register for a LIVE training course in the virtual classroom, you will receive an email confirming your registration • Approximately one week prior to the start date, you will also receive a reminder with instructions for joining the class, including how to access your eDocument (electronic training manual) • *Please note: You must be logged into the Bentley website to register

Register for OnDemand eLearning • Go to www.bentley.com/FindCourses and locate the Bentley software products you use • Click on the learning path icon to see the available courses and recommended progression of training for that product a. Click on the blue OnDemand eLearning icon within the gray box for the desired topic to see the self-paced course listings b. Click on the course title to see its description c. Click “Register” to enroll • To launch any OnDemand eLearning course for which you have registered: • a. Click the “My Registered Training” tab in the left navigation panel • b. To start, click “Launch” next to the course title • You can also launch any OnDemand eLearning course you registered for and/or resume any incomplete courses from the same place you left off at from www.bentley.com/MyTrainingCourses • *Please note: You must be logged into the Bentley website to register and access OnDemand eLearning

Showcase Learning Achievement • When a member of the Channel Partner team completes Bentley training, they accrue Learning Units • Learning Units (LUs) • Bentley’s equivalent to professional development hours • One hour of training = one Learning Unit • Quantify time invested in skills improvement • Online Transcripts • Personal learning history • Demonstrate professional growth over time • Establish value to advance career

  15. Review Learning History • To access your transcript and see your learning history, go to www.bentley.com/MyLearningHistory • a. Choose Personal Learning History and your online transcript will be displayed • The online transcript displays names, dates, Learning Units, and any accreditations for completed LIVE training and OnDemand eLearning courses. Buttons are provided to print the transcript and/or forward it to others. Click on any course title for a printable Certificate of Completion • The default transcript view displays LIVE training courses. Click the OnDemand eLearning link in the green bar at the top of the table to view the OnDemand eLearning courses that you have completed • *Please note: You must be logged into the Bentley website to access your transcript
