  2. Where & When Iman was born • Iman was born on July 25, 1955. • She is 57 years old. • She was born in Mogadishu.

  3. Career • Iman is the worlds famous fashion model, and Actress. • Iman became fashion models of the 1970s and 1980s, Iman became a successful business executive in the 1990s with her own line of cosmetics.

  4. Family • Iman married the rock star David Bowie sine 1992 • she became a mother for the second time at the age of 44 in the summer of 2000. • Iman had 2 husbands and now she is with David Bowie • She has 2 daughters.

  5. Religion • The parents agreed that their daughter should be sent to a private Catholic school for girls.

  6. Discovery • While still at university, Iman was discovered by American photographer Peter Beard, and moved to the United States to began her modeling car.

  7. Television • Iman twice appeared in Miami Vice, playing Dakota in Back in the World (1985) and Lois Blyth in Love At First Sight (1988). Also in 1988, she appeared as Marie Babineaux on an episode of In the Heat of the night.

  8. Films • Iman first featured in the 1979 British film called The Human Factor.
