He believes in healthy living, and advices his clients to be active and also follow healthy eating habits, which is the key to a completely balanced lifestyle. He is a fully certified fitness trainer, fitness instructor specialist, nutrition and wellness specialist, and also a certified Zumba instructor. • He is a person with a goal of being fit at all times, and that is why, he likes to participate in different kinds of activities such as hiking, golfing, jogging, etc. He keeps his bones strong by doing resistance training. He works hard to improve his bone density, and makes a regular effort to keep his muscles in a good shape and fully toned, so that he can motivate his clients to have a strong foundation.
