Established July 22, 2010 as a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization • Located in Birmingham, Alabama • Purpose • To raise and administer funds to advance the science and treatment of children while listed for heart transplant and following heart transplantation. • Responsible for collecting the annual dues from participating centers, donations, and other income. • Subcontract UAB as the Data Coordinating Center
