Effects of Psoriasin and Calgranulin on Anoikis in HEKn and MCF10A Cells

This study investigates the influence of Psoriasin and Calgranulin on the induction of anoikis in HEKn (human epidermal keratinocytes) and MCF10A (human breast epithelial) cell lines. Cells were treated with various concentrations (250u, 500u, 1000u) of these proteins and analyzed at 24h, 48h, and 72h for apoptosis markers including Caspase-3 and GAPDH. The results provide insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying anoikis and potential therapeutic targets in skin and breast cancer.
