  7. Meditation attains peace – peace attains happiness • Man is made by his belief. As he believes, so he is.” • The disunited mind is far from wise; how can it meditate? How be at peace? When you know no peace, how can you know joy?” Dr.T.V.Rao MD

  8. Karma yoga is best of life in action – perfect it • “Fix your mind on Me, be devoted to Me, offer service to Me, bow down to Me, and you shall certainly reach Me. I promise you because you are very dear to Me • “A Karma-yogi performs action by body, mind, intellect, and senses, without attachment (or ego), only for self-purification.” Dr.T.V.Rao MD

  9. Life is progress from birth to death – do not deluded of changes • “There has never been a time when you and I have not existed, nor will there be a time when we will cease to exist. As the same person inhabits the body through childhood, youth, and old age, so too at the time of death he attains another body. The wise are not deluded by these changes.” Dr.T.V.Rao MD

  10. Detachment leads to peace • Better indeed is knowledge than mechanical practice. Better than knowledge is meditation. But better still is surrender of attachment to results, because there follows immediate peace.” Dr.T.V.Rao MD

I accept your purity in offering not the contents • Whatever I am offered in devotion with a pure heart - a leaf, a flower, fruit, or water - I accept with joy.” • Whatever you do, make it an offering to me -- the food you eat, the sacrifices you make, the help you give, even your suffering.” Dr.T.V.Rao MD

  12. Fear not what is not real however life is Maya • “Hypocrisy, arrogance, pride, anger, harshness, and ignorance; these are the marks of those who are born with demonic qualities, O Arjuna.” • “Fear not what is not real, never was and never will be.   13. Do your duty with dignity and respect • It is better to do one’s own duty, however defective it may be, than to follow the duty of another, however well one may perform it. He who does his duty as his own nature reveals it, never sins. Dr.T.V.Rao MD

  14. Anger is path to destruction however control it • Delusion arises from anger. The mind is bewildered by delusion. Reasoning is destroyed when the mind is bewildered. One falls down when reasoning is destroyed. Dr.T.V.Rao MD

  15. Learn the art patience – make you life enjoyable • Little by little, through patience and repeated effort, the mind will become stilled in the Self. • Delusion arises from anger. The mind is bewildered by delusion. Reasoning is destroyed when the mind is bewildered. One falls down when reasoning is destroyed. ~ Dr.T.V.Rao MD

  16. Renouncing life through karma yoga • The person whose mind is always free from attachment, who has subdued the mind and senses, and who is free from desires, attains the supreme perfection of freedom from Karma through renunciation. Dr.T.V.Rao MD

  17. Be pure in action attain peace • Fear Not. What is not real, never was and never will be. What is real, always was and cannot be destroyed. • No work stains a man who is pure, who is in harmony, who is master of his life, whose soul is one with the soul of all. Dr.T.V.Rao MD

  18. Do not doubt – man is made by belief • Neither in this world nor elsewhere is there any happiness in store for him who always doubts. • Man is made by his belief. As he believes, so he is. Dr.T.V.Rao MD

  19. Do everything keeping mind on me • Still your mind in me, still yourself in me, and without a doubt you shall be united with me, Lord of Love, dwelling in your heart. • On this path effort never goes to waste, and there is no failure.   20. Death is part of life do not grieve • “Death is as sure for that which is born, as birth is for that which is dead. Therefore grieve not for what is inevitable. Dr.T.V.Rao MD
