Join us for an immersive learning experience at North Seattle Community College where we explore local wetlands. Our course, led by instructor Candice Hoyt, takes place on Mondays from 6:30 to 9:00 PM. We’ll engage in hands-on activities and observations, documenting our experiences of the environment, from the sights of ducks and pine trees to the sounds of traffic and the smell of fresh grass. Our project aims to connect these experiences to our understanding of the ecosystem. Assignments and readings will guide our learning journey.
