You can sign on for them. This way everyone can use Word, Excel and Power Point all on line. • Please set up separate account for student. Don’t use your private account.

  16. Attendance • Absence: note on next day attending school • Please call school if student is going to be absent. • Please call school by noon if collecting homework. Homework will be available at 3:30. • I don’t usually give work if student is going on a trip. He/she can complete work after school on their return

  17. Notes • Notes are needed for early dismissal and must be brought to homeroom • Notes are also needed if there is a change in transportation going home. • These need to be brought to homeroom, so the office knows. • Notes are needed if staying afterschool with me for help. I stay until 4:00.

  18. Uniforms • Boys – belts • Gym shorts and sweat pants, sweat shirts – St. Mary’s emblem. • Girls’ skirts – 1” above knee • Skirts have been getting shorter and shorter. We must adhere to the policy. • Skirts, more than 1” above the knee must be rehemmed. They will be allowed until the following Monday. If not repaired points will be given for each day of inappropriate length. • 10 pts = after school detention.

  19. Birthdays • Please: No Rita’s water ice (too messy) • No Cookies, cupcakes, candy • pretzels, fruit, veggies • We usually have a working snack, so that snack must be able to be eaten while studying.

  20. Field Trips • Career Day at Montco. • Devon Prep – play • Chastity Day – Malvern Prep • Washington Life Trip • New York Trip

  21. Cell Phones • Cells are not allowed in the classroom • Cells must be in book bags in cubbies. • Please do not call or text your student. • In case of a forgotten lunch, gym shoes etc. Students may use their cells with teacher permission.
