State VPK Updates • The new VPK office: House Bill 7165. Designed to improve quality and bring more accountability and transparency to the state’s early learning programs, the law moved the Office of Early Learning into Florida’s Department of Education and consolidated duties and responsibilities for VPK within OEL.
