  2. Workshop PowerPointlocation • Go to msubillings website • Click on faculty and staff • Click on faculty webpages • Find my name and follow the link

  5. Find and copy an image. • Find an image, right click on it and choose “copy.” • Go to slide where image is to be inserted. • Click paste.

  6. Create Text Box • Go to insert ribbon. • Click on Text Box. • Draw a Text Box on your slide. • Insert text.

  7. Insert audio clip • Find and copy a clip’s location • Highlight text for link (like Guernica). • Click: insert hyperlink (in insert ribbon). • Click OK.
