A Senator, Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit can’t be Electors.

  6. Which Votes Really Count Hundreds of thousands of military votes arrived past the deadline. Many states had votes still being counted when the election was called a win. This year Obama was announced the winner before he had officially won the Electoral of Ohio (18) or Florida (29) Presidential Election would have been different 4 times.
