Easy Withdrawal Process from Professor Schmidt’s Course

Withdrawing from one of Professor Schmidt’s courses is straightforward! Follow these easy steps to ensure a smooth process: Step 1: Complete the green-highlighted sections of the ASU Withdrawal Form (example provided). These forms can be obtained online or at the registrar’s office. Step 2: Slip the form under Professor Schmidt’s office door for her to fill in the last attendance date and sign it. Finally, retrieve your signed form and submit it to the Registrar before the midterm. For more information, refer to the ASU Student Handbook.

Need to WITHDRAWfrom one of Prof. Schmidt’s Courses? • Easy as 1 – 2 – 3 • Step 1: Fill out the green highlighted sections of ASU Withdrawal Form (see my example form ) • Forms are available online or at the registrar’s office • Step 2: Slide form under Professor Schmidt’s • office door • Step 3: Professor Schmidt will : • Fill in last attendance date • Sign the form • Place it an envelope • Tape the envelope to her office door for your retrieval • Step 2: Retrieve your form • and turn it into the Registrar prior to midterm Midterm Date: ______________ ASU Withdrawal Policy Before Midterm: Receive a W by having your professors sign a form After Midterm: Receive a WF.
