  10. Problems & Obstacles • Govt. staff not serious regarding this activity. • PHC staff not responding properly. • Formats and booklets are very complex.

  11. Suggestions • NLR activities should come through Govt. • Govt staff need more motivation. • Formats should be in hindi and simple for GHCs.
