OUTWARD JOURNEY You need to be at Beverley High School for 01.45am on Wednesday 4th Feb We Leave Beverley High School- Wednesday 4th February 2015 at 02.00am – we will leave at this time plus or minus passengers.   3. Luggage • One suitcase or holdall only. Maximum weight 20 kg • One piece of hand luggage. ONE piece of cabin baggage no bigger than 50 x 40 x 20cm including handles and wheels. • Passports and money to be kept in hand luggage. • No liquids, or sharp items in this hand luggage. • Load your own luggage onto and off the coach.

  4. Passports/EHIC Passports and EHIC must be in hand luggage. You will hand in your passport and EHIC card to your staff group leader as you get on the bus. They will be retained until the airport and kept in the hotel safe and distributed on the return journey back to Britain.

  5. Spending money • Recommend no more than 100 Euros. • All trip money is the responsibility of the student on the trip. • Purses & wallets should contain pupils name and hotel name in case lost.

  6. Other reminders • Travel plug • Take your travel sickness pills up to one hour before any journey that you think you will need them – have them in your hand luggage. • Pencil case – put in your main luggage – clipboard – put in your main luggage. • Switch off your mobile phones. • Have some English money with you too for the airport • Have your yellow ID card somewhere safe I.e. in a pocket at all times whilst travelling and throughout the trip.
