  1. MAKE AN EXAMINATION BEFORE THE TEETH WHITENING OPERATION Teeth whitening is perhaps one of the most popular dental aesthetic operations of recent times. Jaundice in the teeth, which occurs as a result of caffeinated drinks, smoking, drug use or neglected teeth, bothers many people. Therefore, those who want to have a teeth whitening operation should pay attention to many points. First of all, before the teeth whitening process, you should be examined by the aesthetic dentist and check whether you are suitable for this operation. NOT RECOMMENDED TO EVERYONE This operation, which can be applied to those with healthy mouth and gums, can damage teeth and gums if performed unconsciously. Teeth whitening; It is not recommended for people with tooth sensitivity, gingival recession, caries, teeth with high transparent enamel structure and people under 15 years of age. Teeth whitening operations also show differences according to their procedures. There are two different methods for this operation. The first is home bleaching and the second is office bleaching. 1- HOME TYPE WHITENING

  2. It is a method specially prepared for the person under the control of the dentist. After the mouth measurements taken from the person, rubber molds are prepared. A gel with a whitening feature is squeezed into these molds. Patients are asked to wear this pattern for 6-8 hours, preferably at bedtime. It can take 1 week-10 days, or this treatment can last up to 4 weeks. This time is adjusted according to the color tone to be determined. The result of home bleaching lasts longer. 2- OFFICE TYPE WHITENING It is the fastest method of teeth whitening. It is applied by the dentist in the clinic. It is done with the help of a mouth opener in order not to close the mouth during the procedure and to prevent damage to the gums, cheeks and lip, and with the help of a saliva ejector for accumulated saliva. After the whitening drug is applied on the teeth, the dentist keeps the laser light on the teeth for a certain period of time. This process can continue up to 3 sessions. At the end of the procedures, the toning of the teeth is immediately noticeable. Until the Home Type Whitening operation, the results of this will be effective for a shorter time.
