  3. Agenda • New Consent/ROI Review • Drop Down Options in Service Point • AHAR Dates

  4. Consent/ROI • All Adults will require their own Consent/ROI • This means that anyone over 18 who is part of a family, be it an adult child, spouse, partner, aunt, grandparent etc… will need to sign their own Consent/ROI • Anyone under 18 need only complete the Consent/ROI if they are Unaccompanied

  5. 2013 AHAR Deadlines • November 15, 2013 – Deadline for draft data on both All Persons and Veterans • December 13, 2013 – Deadline for FINAL data on both All Persons and Veterans • Please continue to work with us to ensure all deadlines are met for all CoC’s

  6. Next HDC Call • November 19th 10AM Statewide HDC Meeting • November 21st 2PM Statewide HDC Meeting • November 21st 9:30 AM New Haven HDC Meeting
