Membuat janji kencan dengan pacar melalui telepon. Berbicara dengan mahasiswa dari Jepang (yang tak bisa bahasa Indonesia). Sambil menyetir di mobil, ngobrol dengan ‘sang kekasih’ Tiap kelompok mengambil 2 (dua) kasus untuk membuat model komunikasi dengan mengidentifikasi elemen-elemen !
