FRANCHISOR BACKGROUND We are provided with back-up from our franchisor in terms of the following: • Training • All staff are trained at our in house training center before they are allowed on site. At the training center we do necessary criminal background checks and once training is completed, a certificate, uniform and name tag is issued. • Technical advise • We have various chemists and technical project managers at our disposal to assist with technical issues. • Warrantees • The franchisor warrants the paint in conjunction with the workmanship guarantee provided by the franchisee. • Safety • We have an in house safety consultant • Part of the Jack’s Paint & Hardware Group and therefore has the technical support and service from Jack’s Paint and Hardware

  2. FRANCHISEE BACKGROUND We started our first project on the 28th of May 2007 with a staff complement of 6 and concentrated mainly on the housing market. We have since grown and specialize in doing painting for commercial developments and complexes as well as new developments. We have done over a hundred projects ranging from decorating and painting houses, complexes, new developments, commercial refurbishments, government contracts and maintenance contracts. We specialize in painting, waterproofing and damp proofing but also service a number of clients with maintenance contracts and therefore had to expand our services. We are also a registered member of the Master Builders Association and Waterproofing and Damp proofing Association. Our aim is to keep in touch with our clients from the first brush stroke. Providing back-up service when and where needed and in turn building on return business.
