Open issues • Handling “-” in offer/answer procedure • Media format may be omitted (endpoints may not be aware of the codecs used on the CS bearer) • Proposal: need to explicitly define endpoint behavior (“-” means “don’t care”?) • Discriminator byte in User-User Information Element • UUIE has a discriminator byte which doesn’t fit to the current ABNF definition (ALPHA/DIGIT) of “uuie” correlation mechanism • Proposal: a) fix ABNF accordingly, or b) specify that discriminator byte is not included in “uuie” parameter

  3. Next steps • Fix the open issues • Write Offer/Answer procedures for the whole draft • Currently O/A covers only negotiating the correlations mechanisms • Relase an updated version • WGLC before June?
