  4. 使用Outlook收發Gmail • Gmail可使用web mail及Outlook收發信，其Outlook收發信方式如下： • 使用Outlook Express收發Gmail(影音說明) • 使用Office Outlook 2003收發Gmail(影音說明) • 使用Office Outlook 2007收發Gmail(影音說明)

  5. 帳號寄信限制 • 限制 • 單一信件收發上限為25MB 。 • 帳號暫時失效24小時後即可使用 • 使用Gmail發信，每天最多2000人 。 • 某檔案類型不可寄送 例如結尾是.exe的檔案，這類型的檔案即使以壓縮格式 (.zip、.tar、.tgz、.taz、.z、.gz) 傳送，Gmail 也不會接受。解決方法有兩種：1.將.exe檔案的副檔名改掉，再請對方收到信後將副檔名改為.exe 。2.將.exe檔案壓縮加上密碼並勾選檔名加密，再請對方收到信後將壓縮檔依照密碼解壓縮。
