  2. Vital Signs Is TLE still alive? • Yes, For the 2013-2014 school year, we will implement the qualitative portion (Marzano) at all sites. The Other Academic Measures (OMA) and Student Growth portions will be piloted at selected sites. During the 2013-2014 school year, the Marzano Evaluation will account for 100% of the total evaluation score for all teachers. 7/2013

  4. Vital Signs Is TLE still alive? • For the 2014-2015 school year, the Marzano Evaluation will continue at all sites and all sites will complete the OMA and Student Growth portions. The Marzano Evaluation will account for 100% of the total evaluation score for all teachers. OMAs and Student Growth will only be calculated for baseline data. 7/2013
