  4. Performance Series • In-house: reconfigure lounge area • Coffee-house atmosphere • Café open for refreshments • Folk/jazz/blues/world music • Music can dovetail with current events • One performance per month

  5. Publicity • Press releases • Local paper • City papers • Posters • In-store handouts • Web page • Mailing

  6. Future Expansion • Start with core audience • Build database from there • Consider off-site • Wyman Theater • McCoy Pavilion (summer) • Later: nationally-known authors
