Changing one or more of the following constitutes a revision: • course content and/or objectives • title • credits • prerequisites • course number/level • catalog description • RES and Global Perspective categories • General Education category If you plan to revise several of the above items, consider dropping the course and submitting a proposal for a new course.

  13. Review Courses Annually • Department Chairs: Course lists should be reviewed annually to determine the need to discontinue or revise based on last revision date (see handout) or outdated content VS.

  14. ImageNow • Permanent curriculum files are imaged • Department chairs/secretaries are authorized to view documents • Course syllabi are NOT imaged at the university level • Tutorial may be downloaded from the HR website
