  3. SpaSTAR allows for multiple users for each property with defined access levels.

  4. Log in with your unique username and password. If you need access or assistance emailsupport@str.com.

  5. User Homepage Select “Data Submission” to enter new data or edit historical entries.

  6. Monthly Data Submission Enter the current month’s data here. You may also add previously missed/unavailable historical data.

  7. Edit Historical Data Edit your previous submission(s). “Active” data is used in all report generation. “Pending” will be stored until the 15th of the month, at which time it will replace all “active” data and used in report generation.

  8. Competitive Sets Search for competitors by country, spa type and segment. Add and remove properties from your set.

  9. Reporting View or download available SpaSTAR Reports for your property. Monthly reports will be automatically generated on the 15th of every month.

  11. User Information Adjust login information as needed and keep points of contact current.
