  7. 1. How can addicted gamers reduce game playing time on computer?

  8. If a person is truly addicting to video games, then they should seek professional help and counseling especially if the addiction is affecting other areas of life (relationships, work). Goals of therapy may include setting time limits on playing or even stopping entirely.

  9. 2. How can gamers/students get their minds off of games that they are addicted to?

  10. Any addiction can dominate a person's life. Only through counseling and therapy can people learn to beat their addictions lead healthy lives.

  11. 3. What other activities would you suggests to gamers/students to do instead of playing video games?

  12. Get outside, plays sports. Take up a new activity or hobby! Join a community volunteer organization.
