INTEGRATION FN: The goal of social integration is to create “a more stable, safe and just society for all”, in which every individual, each with rights and responsibilities, has an active role to play. Such an inclusive society must be based on the principles of embracing – not coercing or forcing – diversity and using participatory processes that involve all stakeholders in the decision-making that affects their lives.

  3. integration WIKIPEDIA: The movement of minority groups…..into the mainstream of societies……Requires proficiency in an accepted common language of the society, acceptance of the laws of the society and adoption of a common set of values of the society. It does not require assimilation …. but it may require to forgo some aspects of their culture which are inconsistent with the laws and values of the society.

  9. HUR KAN BOKEN ANVÄNDAS? Som ett led i svenskundervisningen läser ungdomarna texten högt och sedan har de personalens hjälp med både ordförståelsen och kunskapsinnehållet. Ibland är det också så att personalen läser, förklarar och öppnar för frågor från ungdomarna. Uppgifter som får dem att spinna vidare på innehåll och tankegångar kan improviseras. Aktuella teman i nyhetsflödet eller i ungdomsgruppen ka vara underlag för diskussioner med boken som utgångspunkt.
