REGISTRATION FEES (approx.!) • € 345 per student in a twin-bedded inside cabin • € 295 per student in a three-bedded inside cabin • € 265 per student in a four-bedded inside cabin • € 395 per teacher in a twin-bedded outside cabin • € 445 per teacher in a double outside cabin + balcony + approx. € 80/paxfor transfers & obligatory tips (flat rate) +€ 52,50 pax for an all-inclusive charge for drinks and additional organizational costs • + 70 % supplement on the cabin price for single occupancy • Cabins not fully reserved by a school, have to be • shared with other participants.

  4. Excursions/Visits • Competitions will be held in the morning -> everybody may visit the cities accosted • Delegates receive a map indicating worth seeing sites in the city • On the spot, students of AEHT partner schools will be waiting to give explanations

Inclusive services in the package price • Cruise in the booked cabin category • Full board with a choice of 50 different meals served daily in the main and buffet restaurants • A variety of buffets • Drinks all inclusive, except mini-bar and premium bar items (students of 17 years or younger are not allowed to consume alcoholic drinks) • Captain's welcome and gala dinners • Multilanguage assistance on board • International shows and event program • Use of the sauna and fitness centers • Cabin cleaning twice daily • Chairs and towels at the pools • Travel and port charges • Entry and disembarkation fees at ports • Luggage transport at the first and last port

  11. Special requirements • produce a medical certificate(max 15 days old) for all competitions where food or beverages are handled • be always on time at the cruise ship -> the ship does not wait for latecomers • where required, students should bring their laptops to the competition

Planning • Till December: rough planning • January: finalization of registration platform • January to March: pre-registration • End March: settlement of advance payments (20% / 100%) • Till July: Definitive booking and payment of remainder • Mid-October: publication of competition rules • J-50 days: deadline for changes without suppl. Fees • J-121 days: deadline for reimbursement for cancellations
