Subcontractor-Held Property • Subcontracts and vendors are maintained by Procurement under the subcontract PO in SAP • Data is pulled into ePROP • Property Management adds contacts and assigns property • ePROP generates inventory letters • For every cost-type PO • Automatically fills in name and addresses • Can send via e-mail, fax or hard copy (automatically)
