This training needs analysis aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the current training offerings for adult social care providers. It focuses on identifying training needs, preparing for upcoming training, and evaluating training outcomes. Participants will gain a better understanding of available resources, including in-house training options and the National Minimum Data Set. Valuable insights on workforce development issues, recruitment, retention, and staff demographics will be shared. Access to the Workforce Development Fund for QCF units and qualifications will also be discussed.
