  1. Topic : Do's and dont's while driving mr truck Like all professions, the MR truck driving jobs in Melbourne also has some of do's and don'ts. If you wish to be good at your job then follow the list of do's and don'ts provided below. Some of the Do's:  Always wear the seatbelt  The MR truck driver jobs in Melbourne will require you to carry heavy loads, which means you will be driving pretty slowly. While driving slowly, always use the leftmost lane  As per the Australian traffic rule, you must always stay in the left lane. You are allowed to change lane only while overtaking.  Drive under the suggested speed limit. The speed limits are prescribed. If you are driving in urban areas like Brisbane then your speed should be under 50 kilometers per hour. Of course, on freeways, this limit would be higher.  Give your complete attention on the road. This is essential even if you are well-acquainted with the road.  Always keep several essentials with you. Some of these essential items include cell phone, flash light, water, blanket, food, and matches/lighter.  Make sure that your spare tire and the jake are in working condition.  You must be considerate towards other drivers.  Always follow the traffic laws mandated by the state authority. Some of the Don'ts:  Never drive your truck in an intoxicated state. You are not allowed to drive after consuming alcohol or any other form of drugs. By doing such an act, you might get terminated from MR truck driving job.  Don't drive on the basis of random assumptions about the future action of other drivers. Driving on such assumptions can be pretty dangerous.  Don't drive on the assumption that others are going to know what you are going to do. Always use the appropriate signal while changing lanes or turning. Furthermore, always give sufficient room to yourself and others.  Never play your stereo at extremely loud volumes. At volumes, you would not be able to listen to emergency vehicle signals or other forms of auditory signals given out by other vehicles.  Don't talk on your cell phone and drive at the same time. Driving requires your complete concentration and the cellphone will divide your attention which will make your driving risky.  Don't use your horn unless it is absolutely essential. You can use the horn to warn others when they are about to you but other than that horns are absolutely not allowed.  You may come across people who will engage in irrational driving behaviour but during those times you must show self-restraint and control your emotions. No matter what happens, you must not engage in road rage as it simply deteriorates the situation.
