  1. Real Estate Drone Photography As a prior Private Pilot and amateur photographer in Vietnam, Fred has been able to combine his passion for flying and photographic imaging together as a profession for a number of industry needs and applications. Fred is a commercial FAA Licensed uSAS pilot. As an entrepreneur several times over, and techie almost all his life, the goal was always to continually provide better, and sometimes unique, ways in which to help individuals and business. Fred adapts well and has the skills in software applications, communications, and related mechanical and electrical-electronic areas. His rounded abilities and experiences merge technique with technology to provide the solution. As part of his enthusiastic spirit, he owns and operates several drones for both personal and commercial use, along with a variety of ground camera equipment, to provide for his client's aerial and earthly needs. Drone 360 Photography uses various equipment to provide a solution for a particular need. Today it is more than just 'snap a picture'. We want and need to tell a story! This is where the challenges come in and the ability to edit the outcome, while creating a great final production. For Realtors, this means making you look good, so you can compete on a higher level. Draw clients into your website! Good for you ... Good for the client!

  2. Today's Real Estate marketing needs today's photographic and video graphic technology. No 'Old School' here! Bring in Panoramic and 360 photos, indoor Reveal and outdoor Aerial Video to your property to set you above the competition. Consider a floor plan, music, narration, and intro and trailer with your custom branding. Better for the Seller ... Better for You! AFFORDABLE PRICES GREAT RESULTS All our work is provided on a custom basis, so 'one size never fits all'. The fees below are just a suggested pricing which may be adjusted higher or lower. Some prospective clients just like to know a base price to get them in the 'ball park'. We provide "Custom" services to fit the need. So we have provided some fees in which to get an idea and reasonable starting point. In our 'Needs Review", many factors are taken into consideration such as, but not limited to, where is the site location, what is the specific application or scope of work to be performed, will the raw photos and videos be in need of editing in the post creation, and will the work be publicized as in an advertisement or website. Custom Packages available! Discounts provided for repeat services to clients beyond any one project in a given month!

  3. We Make YOU Look Good so You are Seen Apart from the Rest! Better for You ... Better for the Client! WHO WE ARE FRED PAIS | Photographer | Videographer | Editor For me, most of my introduction began as a youngster in grade school, fascinated by my father's make-shift dark room in the basement. I use to go through all those stacked black & white photos, lacking detail, to view his trial and errors and his accomplishments. Later, this interest circled around as a passionate pastime while serving two tours in Vietnam (some of my old faded B/W shots below). Back then in the late 60's they actually used film! I experimented in Black and White photography while developing and enlarging photos and

  4. moved on to a recent technology called color film! My first camera, after the Brownie box camera and Kodak accordion fold out as a kid (it was really my mother’s), was a 35mm split image focusing camera, later updating to a couple of 35mm TTL cameras for more detail. Later the cameras became more advanced, including my one-of-a-kind special German lens Polaroid Land camera, and my lenses got bigger until the last was an 800mm for casual animal photography early 2015. Today it is a matter of using the right equipment to match a particular job for the results you are looking for. To circle once more, I have since brought my passion of flying with me and incorporated it with the Drone technology marrying both industries together. Being a self-proclaimed techy since high school, I had experienced a number of occupations from start up as an entrepreneur, most of which were ones I built a service business from, that rounded me out well to feel quite comfortable in whatever a challenge professionally. For those of who enjoy a bit of war history, check out the slide show here. These were taken in 1968-1969 in the locations of Da Nang and Dong Ha Vietnam.
