  2. INTRODUCTION After all, the knee is the largest joint in the body and is responsible for bending and straightening your legs! If the Knee or Joint are troubling your daily life? There are many solutions for knee pain, weather the pain is due to a recent injury or due to arthritis that you have from many years.
