ADVANTAGES Higher Revenue: It is estimated that the Wellness Tourism has $ 1.9 trillion global market, more than double the size of the medical tourism market at $50 billion It’s worth noting that there seems to be evidence that people who travel to another country on wellness vacation (i.e., to experience a resort spa or yoga retreat) are more likely to select that country for medical procedures.  This makes the cross-promotion of wellness tourism and medical tourism a likely win-win scenario.  While Medical Tourism is limited with a Medical procedure, Addition of Wellness & Spa, creates repeating of the clients for general wellbeing. Retain the clientale who look for Complimentary and Alternative Medicines. Position the Hospital as an Multi Speciality Medical Centre. Building patient’s trust that the Management provides everything from Medical Care to Wellbeing Care.
