How to File a KAP Claim for Engine and Transmission Parts

Learn the step-by-step process for filing a KAP claim for internally lubricated parts in your engine and transmission. Note that seals and gaskets are not covered. Be sure to keep your maintenance records and get an estimate. Contact Jennifer at 800-879-3433 for assistance. Claims can have a maximum of $2,000 per claim and $3,000 aggregate for two years, and $2,000 per claim and $3,500 aggregate for three years. Remember, claims cannot exceed your vehicle's actual cash value.
