  4. Advantages /Disadvantages of Global Fundingand Planning Advantages – • potential savings and efficiency in service delivery. Disadvantages • Who decides on priority between Houses • May lead to undesirable competition between Houses for funding • Compromise independence of each House and not reflect different memberships, roles and service/support requirements. • Issues – governance structures
