  2. 对越位判罚的两个条件： 一、位置条件：队员较球更接近对方端线者，即处于越位位置。下列情况除外： （1）该队员在本方半场内； （2）至少有对方队员两人 较其更接近于对方端线。

  3. 二、时间条件：队员在传球一 刹那，其同队队员处于越位位 置，裁判员认为该人员有下列 情况时，应判越位： （1）干扰比赛或干扰对方； （2）企图从越位位置获得利益。

  4. 三、 不应判为越位的情况： （1）仅仅是处于越位位置； （2）直接得球门球、角球、界外 球和裁判的坠球。 四、判罚越位后，由对方队员在越位犯规地点踢间接任意球。
