  3. MILCON Transformation The Army has a $64Billion MILCON program from FY06-13 to execute and not enough time nor money to do it all. MILCON Transformation is thought to save 15% in the cost of a facility and 30% in the time to build it by going to standard designs and using industry standards for materiel as well as alternative construction methods

Long Term Master Plan for FLW Segregate BCT, AIT, Permanent Party, and FORSCOM Zones of FLW ADPs are being developed in these areas by KC District Phases of implementation: Move non-applicable facilities out of zoned areas Renovate existing facilities while implementing long term plans to build new facilities
