  2. Campeonatos Mundias Em 193 organizou-se um campeonato mundial em Coimbra, Ricardo Teixeira sagrou-se campeão mundial de karaté shukokai, o primeiro português a conseguir alcançar tal objectivo na modalidade.

  3. Jogos Olimpicos • O karaté começa a ser modalidade Olímpica em 2020, em causa estão muito estilos de karaté que ainda não chegaram a acordo, o Karaté tem de ser um só.

  4. Dados sobre o Shukokai O shukokai é um dos vários estilos de karaté em Portugal.
